We started as a two-person mobile maintenance outfit, driving a single service van between client depots. The idea was straightforward: instead of fleets losing days shuttling vehicles to shops, bring the shop to the fleet.
Clients kept asking for more — help choosing vehicles, a way to track fuel costs, someone to answer the phone when a driver broke down at 10 PM. So we built those capabilities one by one, always around the same principle: fleets run better when one accountable partner owns the whole picture.
Today, Vehic Fleet Services LLC manages more than 1,400 vehicles for 120+ business clients. Our field technicians still travel daily to client depots and job sites — that mobile DNA is the core of everything we do — but now it's backed by telematics platforms, structured maintenance programs, and a 24/7 driver support line.
